Society conditions us to view life through material terms, which can cause us to think our ministry impact can be only as significant as the amount of money behind it. But we limit ourselves when we believe effective ministry impact requires only significant human or capital resources.

While tithing and charitable giving are meaningful, God’s plan for ministry in and through our businesses extends far beyond these practices. He has entrusted us with stewarding His businesses and His most prized possession: people.

Faithful stewardship of a Business as a Ministry (BaaM) entails ensuring that the business grows and flourishes, that the people are known and loved, and that the gospel message is spread and felt. Ultimately, it is not about what we think; it’s about what the Owner regards as successful.
