Chairs who become part of the C12 Philadelphia practice are independent contractors who take on the role of curator and facilitator of C12 Business Forums. C12 members pay fee-for-service dues to the practice, the majority of which is paid to the Chair. Most Chairs after 6 – 12 months of developing their Business Forums are making a professional income.
